How to use the OUCH Uomo Chain & Chain Harness

1. Measure yourself first: your chest circumference and the distance over the shoulders. You need to be between 86 and 108 cm and between 53 and 64 cm.
2. Undo the buckles and put the harness on, on bare skin or over clothes.
3. Adjust the straps with the buckles, both the leather and the chain ones, until it feels firm but not tight.
4. Attach the accessories to the ring on the chest or the one on the back.

Cleaning

Wipe the leather and the chain with a barely damp cloth and leave it to air dry. Store it dry, away from heat and sunlight.

Our tips

• It must let you breathe normally and move your arms without rubbing.
• If you notice tingling, chafing or marks that don't go away, loosen the straps.
• We haven't confirmed how much force the rings can take. Don't use them for hanging or to support weight.
• If you attach something to tie up or pull with another person, agree a word or signal to stop beforehand and don't leave them alone.
